The Master-Clip range of hose is highly flexible to fit your application, even in confined places

The hose is also suitable for exhaust extraction on test benches in the automotive industry.

Keeping the air ventilated and safe for those working in the proximity, and ensuring aggressive gases, at high temperatures are safely extracted.

Resistant to heat and flames the hose is also suitable for use as wiring conduit, and multiple cables passing through will remain contained, with the surrounding area heat protected, within the flexible hose.

With applications including; smoke extraction, steam hot air, exhaust systems, automotive and engine manufacturing, aircraft manufacturing, defence technology and machine making, the Master -Clip range is THE suction hose for gases, and temperature resistance.

After order the hose is manufactured on site, in between 2- 5 days and ready for delivery – with service you can rely upon.
Also available to support your needs for installation and use, are: symmetrical hose reducer, screwable clip-grip hose clamp, clip-grip quick action clamp and hose connector.

The heated hose that has been designed in response to customer requirements – delivering evenly distributed, consistent and measurable heat.

Why consider templine?

Templine allows a three dimensional motion. Unlike rigid pipes, the unique templine flexible hose, ensures that the heat remains evenly distributed and consistent throughout the hose, while allowing flexing and movement.

In conventional heated hose systems, bending and flexing the hose, can cause a burden on the heating system as the hose is stretched and compressed. The forces upon the heating system can lead to fatigue, and hot and cold spots developing.

The templine unique design eradicates this problem. Heat can remain constant while the hose is flexed and compressed, alongside it’s scuff and abrasion resistance.

Basically templine provides a unique opportunity for increasing quality of production through reliability and durability.   Continue reading
