Cargoflex (Technical Hose)

Cargoflex is a polyester polyurethane hose, with reinforced with embedded copper coated high tensile steel wire helix.
and a PU thickness = maximum 4.8mm.

With very good flexibility, it is extremely abrasion resistant, has a nearly smooth bore but is heavy duty.
Cargoflex has applications in the transport of gravel, stones, glass wool, aggregates, suitable for quarries, cement works, shipyards and docks where its quality and resilience enable it to meet the highest demands of service life and abrasion resistance

Master-PUR Inline (Technical Hose)

Master-PUR Inline, is a polyester polyurethane hose with a reinforced with embedded copper coated high tensile steel wire helix and a PU liner thickness = maximum 4mm. It has an ultra abrasion resistant 60 Shore liner.
With good flexibility, seamless smooth bore and Extreme abrasion resistance.
It is very heavy duty, with applications in the transportation of gravel,stones and aggregates, within quarries, cement works, shipyards and docks.

Master-PUR step hose, is again specifically designed for wood dust extraction. It is a polyester polyurethane hose with a polyurethane external profile. It is highly flexible and is fire retardant to specifications DIN 4102 B1. A key design feature for Master-PUR step, is that it is crush resistant. Within a closed area, although vehicles are run only a short length of time, while the vehicle is being tested or worked upon, carbon monoxide (exhaust fumes) can build. The carbon monoxide is odourless and it is easy for the fumes to build in pockets around the room. If these exhaust emissions are not extracted safely and controlled, they can cause those working upon the vehicle to become ill. They can also damage to the sensitive electronics of diagnostic and servicing equipment in the workshop.

Adhering to TRBS 2153 (Zone 1,21) for non-flammable dusts and gases with low conductivity for dissipation of electrostatic charges with double ended grounding of clips and radiant of <30 mm. Boasting a temperature range of +200ºC with exhaust regulators and sufficient air supply.
